The ping utility allows you to remotely "ping" a public IP or hostname. This online utility sends a series of ICMP packets to the destination node over a network and displays the responses (if received). This utility is generally used to test "reachability" of the destination server, but not all computers (or servers) are responding to the ping request. A server can be configured to ignore the ping request, and hence the server may be up even though response is not received.
Quickly ping any domain or IP address from your browser. Useful for checking uptime, response delays, and network health without using terminal commands.
